oxygen acetylene torch set

Torch set including regulators, Twin hoses, torch handle, cutting torch tube and tip. Please see pictures. I recently purchased this with an Oxygen tank. I already got the other components I needed so I decided to sell these to help recoup some of the cost.
Although the person I purchased this from said it tested good, I have not tested it fully because I am not using acetylene for my setup. I did test the Oxygen regulator. I found that it seemed to work fine, but the high pressure gauge seemed plugged—it did not read any pressure on a full tank. Also, the low pressure gauge case is loose (I think just using a screwdriver to tighten might work). It is usable as a regulator as-is if you don’t mind not knowing the high pressure reading. Replacement gauges seemed pretty inexpensive, so it is probably a good idea to change it out.
The Oxygen hose did not leak with the torch valve closed, but the hoses do look a little old and worn in places.
I could not test the acetylene regulator since I didn’t have an acetylene tank handy to test with.
I imagine it probably works fine, but I’m listing it as-is for parts or repair only.
Shipping costs to be paid by the buyer. I don’t know how much they will be but I will only charge my cost to ship. The regulators are fairly heavy. Shipping cost listed is an estimate.
One last thing to mention—I am not an expert on these, but it looks like there are not flashback arrestors present, so if you purchase this I would recommend looking into those before use, just to be safe.
